Quick and easy Paleo Burger recipe!
Looking for a quick, cheap, easy mid week meal that's still great for your gut health?
Then give these little beauties a go!
PALEO BURGERS
1 rissole per person
lettuce leaves
grated carrot
thinly sliced onion
a few leaves of parsley
sliced avocado
sauerkraut
- Pan fry the rissole/s in coconut oil, butter or ghee until well cooked.
- Place the rissole on a lettuce leaf (or seed bread if you have any) and then add one by one add the rest of the ingredients until you have something that resembles a burger.
- Feel free to add some mayo, tomato sauce or hot sauce.
You can use any combination of toppings:
cucumber
capsicum
egg
bacon
cheese
grated zucchini
spinach
sauerkraut (excellent for gut health)
