Do an express workout during your lunch break

Do 5 squats, 5 push-ups, & a 10 second plank - then increase it every 2-3 days
Go to your local playground & ask your kids to create an obstacle course for you to follow
Being fit & healthy isn't expensive or time consuming if you do it smarter not harder.
