A vital part of a routine I establish with my clients is starting each day with a gut nourishing green juice. I batch to keep my morning routine easy by filling freezer bags with all the goodies I use in my juice & then keeping them in the freezer.
Each morning I grab a bag & put it in the blender with coconut water and ta-da! Gut healthy breaky is served!
