My Seed Bread is Sprouting!

So you've bought all the ingredients, followed my video and made your very own loaf of yummy dairy-free, yeast-free, sugar-free, gluten-free, grain-free seed bread.  Hurrah!

You want to keep it fresh so you pop it into a container.

A few days go by and you take out your delicious homemade bread.  But, something isn't right.  It's growing!

Yep, given the right conditions your lovely loaf of seed bread can sprout.

So my recommendation is to leave it out of a container and either just leave it on the bench on a chopping board for up to a week, or straight into the fridge for up to 5 days.

It also freezes really well, so make a double batch and eat one and freeze one!

Every small change WILL become the big difference

in your life.

With so much love,

Katie Jane
