Most of us are now working from home which allows so much more freedom and flexibility to prepare food, exercise and create awesome routines to support our health.
All of my coaching sessions are currently conducted virtually, on the phone or video calls and I work with clients all over Australia as well as the Middle East, the Philippines, the UK, America and New Zealand.
