We use exercise to keep our bodies STRONG. Because not only do we feel amazing when we're fit & strong...it's super important as we age.


You'll get much better results by doing a short workout every day, rather than slogging it out in the gym for an hour or two once or twice a week.


Consistency is the key!



Top Tips

  • Do 5 squats, 5 push-ups, & a 10-second plank ever 2nd day - then increase it every week

  • Do an express 45-minute yoga class during your lunch break

  • Do an 8-10 minute YouTube workout (2 of my favs https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GrRlx... and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tiC0z...)

  • Go to your local playground & ask your kids to create an obstacle course for you to follow
