Coconut Cereal

Ingredients:

  • 250g coconut chips

  • 1 cup chopped dried dates

  • 1 cup chopped dried figs

  • 1/2 cup pecans

  • 1/2 cup walnuts

  • 1/2 cup macadamia

  • 1/2 cup seeds


- Preheat oven to 160 C

- Line a baking tray with baking paper

- Spread all ingredients evenly onto the baking tray

- Place into the oven for 7 mins

- Remove tray from the oven, mix ingredients around & put back into the oven for 2-3 mins


Eat as a snack, with milk, with yoghurt, with coconut yoghurt, with kefir or just with some fresh berries - enjoy!
