Batching Green Juice

One of the best ways to boost your health and begin to repair years of damage is with juicing.

This powerfully nutritious juice is great for restoring digestive balance, preventing sickness and replenishing electrolytes.


A vital part of a routine I establish with my clients is starting each day with a gut nourishing green juice. I batch to keep my morning routine easy by filling freezer bags with all the goodies I use in my juice & then keeping them in the freezer.



Each morning I grab a bag & put it in the blender with coconut water and ta-da! Gut healthy breaky is served!
