March 2025 Cleanse

Sun 23 Feb:  email with information on how to prepare for the cleanse (eg sample meal plans, shopping list, topics that will be covered each week, WhatsApp group details, etc)

 

Sun 2 March:  introduction session and kick off workshop (5pm - 6pm in person in Collingwood or online)

 

Mon 3 March:  CLEANSE BEGINS!

 

Sun 9 March:  weekly check-in session and workshop (5pm - 6pm in person in Collingwood or online)

 

Sun 16 March:  weekly check-in session and workshop (5pm - 6pm in person in Collingwood or online)

 

Sun 23 March:  final check-in session and cleanse wrap up (5pm - 6pm in person in Collingwood or online)
