When we want big results in our health, what works best?


Small changes?

Big changes?


The answer is actually CONSISTENCY!


Yep, the key to getting the results you want is CONSISTENCY!


How many of us have committed to trying a new routine/diet/program with plenty of excitement and enthusiasm only to lose motivation? Why?


We envision seeing HUGE results very quickly.


It’s this expectation that leads to lack of motivation and not seeing the results we set out to achieve.


As Tony Robbins says "It's not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives, but what we do consistently."

Here's an example.


  • Say you decide you want to improve your gut health (think improved moods, weight loss, clarity, focus and more energy).

  • The best way to do this is by increasing your veggie intake (Gut Health Key Principle #1)

  • A small (and seemingly insignificant) way to do this is to have a green juice EVERY DAY for 21 days.



If you can commit to this one change CONSISTENTLY, your gut health will improve significantly and you WILL see and feel amazing results.


If you do this consistently for 21 days you will create a HABIT! Which in turn, will give you LONG TERM, LASTING results.


What in your life can you choose to do consistently to ensure you get the results you want?


Every small change, will become the big difference

in your life. ​
