Pre-Dinner Workout!

So today I had a hectic morning and I just ran out of time to do a workout.  And maybe I lay in bed for an extra half an hour because I stayed up too late and watching another episode of 'Workin Moms'.  Maybe.


But all is not lost because I'm a fan of the PRE-DINNER WORKOUT!  Kinda like pre-dinner drinks, but actually nothing like that.


One of my fave times to do a workout is actually whilst I'm cooking.  Yes, this is multitasking at it's finest.  


Oh, so I don't actually cook AND exercise at exactly the same time, that would be sort of weird.....and slightly dangerous.


Let me give you an example.



Tonight I made Paleo Burgers, incredibly easy and delicious (check them out in my blog post) and so whilst the burgers were sizzling away in the pan, I quickly whipped out my mat and kettlebell and did a 10 minute ab workout. Ta da!  


Workout done, dinner ready and all in under 20 mins. 


There's no such thing as no time - you just have to get creative!  And now I have all night to watch just one more episode..........maybe.
