Healthy Potato Chips

Hey all.

One of the questions I get asked most, particularly when working with clients or running my gut cleanse programs, is “what can I snack on?” because we eliminate all processed foods.

It can feel like a big adjustment when we can't rely on our usual 'go-to' foods, so one of the things I suggest is to make your own potato chips!

These are so easy to make people!

Just grab some potatoes, slice them really thinly and arrange them on a baking tray. The thinner the slices the more crispy the chips will be.

Then drizzle with olive oil, rosemary and plenty of salt and pop them into a 200C oven for about 30-40 mins.

Now you can actually do this with any root vegetables. Sweet potato chips, pumpkin chips, beetroot chips - why not do a combination of all 3!

My kids go bonkers over them! They are so delicious and taste just like packet potato chips, but are way more nutritious.
