We use exercise to keep our bodies STRONG. Because not only do we feel amazing when we're fit & strong...it's super important as we age.
You'll get much better results by doing a short workout every day, rather than slogging it out in the gym for an hour or two once or twice a week.
Consistency is the key!
Top Tips
Do 5 squats, 5 push-ups, & a 10-second plank ever 2nd day - then increase it every week
Do an express 45-minute yoga class during your lunch break

Go to your local playground & ask your kids to create an obstacle course for you to follow
Every small change WILL become a big difference
